Driveshaft vibrations after replacement are the leading cause of customer comebacks. We dynamically balance them at optimal road speed—a step you’ll find many of our imitators skipping. We use one bespoke balance weight crafted for each individual shaft, rather than trying to dial in the correct balance using off-the-shelf weights.
We coat our slip yokes with a nylon-based lubricant for reduced friction and noise in operation, letting the slip yoke perform its task of varying the shaft length, and our in-between slip yokes are all lubricated from our factory.
And if you visit our facilities, we’ll proudly show you our CNC machines and robotic welders, which help us create driveshafts to exacting tolerances our competitors just can’t match.
When we’re done creating these works of art, we put them into heavy-duty corrugated cardboard boxes with custom expanding-foam dunnage to protect the driveshaft and ensure it stays perfectly balanced—from our loading dock to your shop door.
